Ferries from Connecticut shore line travelers to New York and Rhode Island

Ferries provide a fun alternative way to get into and out of Connecticut for a car-free or reduced-driving vacation. A ferry shuttles vacationers from New London to the eastern tip of Long Island, NY.
It’s a fun way to see two beautiful areas of the Northeast, both of them notable, by the way, for their country drives and vineyards and wineries.
