Fresh Water Beaches - Fairfield County & Southwestern CT

If you travel to the southwestern corner of Connecticut and are interested in swimming at the beach – but not swimming in Long Island Sound – you can take a detour to one of these freshwater beaches. Swim and play in the Housatonic River or Lake Mohegan.
